Project Associate

MTech in Biotechnology from RV College of Engineering.

I am currently working as a Project Assistant in Computational Biology at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), focusing on Ribo-seq and RNA-seq data analysis, including pipeline development, processing of high-throughput sequencing data, and interpretation of gene expression patterns. I completed my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Biotechnology, where my major project involved developing a computational pipeline for RNA-seq analysis of prostate cancer cell samples. This work sparked a strong interest in transcriptomic data analysis and computational approaches to understanding gene regulation. I am particularly interested in exploring what biological sequences can reveal about cellular function and regulatory mechanisms. Outside of research, I enjoy reading, music, and traveling.
